By adding SynorkBot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SynorkBot is a free Discord bot that provides the following services:

• Moderation and auto-moderation tools
• Music playback from multiple platforms
• Entertainment games and leveling system
• Giveaway management
• Invite tracking and statistics
• Server configuration and management

3. Data Collection and Storage

SynorkBot collects and stores only the minimum data necessary to operate:

• Configuration data: Server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and bot settings you configure
• Temporary operational data: Active tickets, giveaways, music queues, and other feature-specific data
• What we DON'T collect: Message content, personal information, or user activity logs

4. Your Permissions and Responsibilities

By inviting SynorkBot, you grant the bot permission to:

• Read messages to execute commands and perform moderation
• Send messages and embeds in configured channels
• Manage channels for ticket creation and organization
• Manage roles for moderation features
• Connect to and speak in voice channels for music playback
• Use reactions for interactive features like giveaways

You are responsible for:

• Properly configuring the bot's permissions and settings
• Ensuring your server's use of the bot complies with all applicable laws
• Monitoring and managing the bot's activity in your server
• Ensuring your server members understand how the bot operates

5. Discord Compliance

You must comply with:

• Discord's Terms of Service
• Discord's Community Guidelines
• Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy

Violation of Discord's policies may result in the bot being removed from your server or your access being restricted.

SynorkBot is provided "as-is" without guarantees of:

• Uptime: The bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Continuity: Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time
• Data persistence: While we strive to preserve your data, technical issues may result in data loss

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime or major changes.

The developer and SynorkBot are not responsible for:

• Damages, losses, or disruptions caused by the bot's use or malfunction
• Actions taken by server administrators or members using the bot
• Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access
• Third-party services integrated with the bot (YouTube, Spotify, etc.)
• Decisions made based on bot-generated information
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of SynorkBot is at your own risk.

9. No Warranty

SynorkBot is provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Intellectual Property

SynorkBot, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the bot's code
• Claim ownership of the bot or its features
• Use the bot's name, logo, or branding without permission

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your access to SynorkBot at any time
• Remove the bot from servers that violate these terms
• Discontinue the service entirely without prior notice

You may terminate your use of SynorkBot at any time by removing the bot from your server. Upon removal, your server's configuration data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Major changes will be announced through appropriate channels (such as our support server or website).

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
